Director, Gemini CfB Ltd, organisational communication consultancy. Current assignments include:
- a wide-ranging change communication assignment for Rolls Royce plc’s Learning Services function
- editorial services for Royal Bank of Scotland
- Director, informandconsult ltd, advising employers on new UK law on workplace consultation (visit Inform and Consult)
- Member of Executive of FEIEA, with current responsibility for communication. Elected as Vice President of FEIEA (three-year mandate from October 2006)
- Member of national Council of CiB. Currently member of CiB Development Group
